Delete your Vuto account

In the app, at once

Open Vuto, tap You, then Account and privacy, then Delete my account. It is done straight away.

Without the app

Email hello@vuto.io from the address you sign in with, so we know the account is yours. We delete it within 7 days and reply when it’s done.

If you signed in with Apple and chose to hide your email, we can’t match your message to an account: delete it in the app instead (reinstall Vuto if you need to).

What is deleted

Your profile, meals, meal and label photos, phone number, family links and sign-in details. Your usage records are cut off from you.

What is kept

Payment records, for as long as tax law requires (up to eight years), under an ID that doesn’t name you. Product facts you submitted to the food database stay, without your name.

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a store subscription: cancel it in the App Store or Google Play.
